Wilderness guide Jaakko Heikka (also known as Korpijaakko) challenged the readers of his blog to spend at least two nights every month outdoors during a year – and to write about their experiences. I thought that this would give me the extra spur to bring back my outdoor skills, learn to deal with winter conditions and to get some training for longer trips. My work schedule is pretty full this spring, hence I don’t know if I even have that two days off every month. Anyway I decided to try, since if I don’t succeed there is no harm done. All my posts about this challenge can be found under the Two Nights -tag.

Haastetta koskevat tekstit löytyvät jatkossa kaikki Two Nights -tunnisteen alta.
[…] Even though being a Finn (as you know, we are basically born from snow, right?), I haven’t ever spent a night outdoors during the winter. Until now. Today I started my first part of the Two Nights -challenge. […]
